I am a certified Life Coach with a background in psychology, sociology, and leadership development.
I work with courageous women who desire to experience freedom by discovering their purpose and passions in order to live action-orientated and fulfilled lives.
It is my goal to help as many women as possible achieve the ability to flow at their highest potential, own their truth, and express themselves freely and fully.
I know, sounds like fancy stuff! But when you break it down. I coach women on how to live a purposeful life that expresses who they truly are instead of a life that is simply busy and full.
I truly believe that the world is waiting for each of us to be our unique selves!
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
I am very passionate about personal development. I have a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and Sociology as well as a Master of Science in Leadership. I am a certified Life Coach, Transformation Coach, and Solution-Focused Coach through the Universal Life and Business Institute.
Prior to establishing my business, I worked as a coach and educator for 10 years in the non-profit sector as a Youth Care Counselor at a Group Home for girls, a Higher Education Student Affairs Professional, and an Education Coordinator at a National Museum.
